enrico-caffè is an independent aroma company that has specialized in espresso and has developed its own coffee.
We are truly passionate about espresso. The coffee has been selected,blended and roasted by enrico-caffè cooperating with two small Italian family roasters that share our passion for coffee.
The result is a very interesting coffee with the Italian espresso tradition combined with Swedish touch.
NEWS! Erik Berglund has received an honorable International Certification in "Analisi Sensoriale" and "Sciencia de Caffe" master! That includes the highest level of studies and practical examples. This is an independent International scientific Certification, Erik being the first European outside of Italy!.
We studied the final result of an espresso that is: the blend, the roasting the grinding and of course the final element, the craftsmanship of the Barista. We also naturally included the traditional espresso machines.
We have decided to work with astoria brand in Sweden.
Did you know that the Italian challenge for the world barista championship was hosted by Astoria machines in January 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 och 2010.
